  • All appointments must be booked in advance through our website or by contacting me directly. Please give 24 hours for a response
  • Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made after this window, as well as no-shows, may result in a fee equal to 30% of the scheduled service cost.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Cancelling membership voids any rollovers.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices for my services are listed on the website and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Your subscription price is guaranteed as long as your membership remains active and will be charged on your original setup date of each month,
  • Payments must be made in full at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, Venmo, Apple Pay and other payment methods as specified on the website.
  • All subscriptions and select packages require advance payment as outlined on our website. A $10 late fee will apply to any subscription payments not made within 3 days of the billing period.
  • Deposits may be required for certain services or events.

4. Health & Safety

5. Refund Policy

  • Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not provided for completed services. If you are unsatisfied with the service, please notify me within 24 hours, and I will make every effort to address your concerns.
  • Memberships/Subscriptions are non-refundable and non transferrable.
