2. Appointments & Cancellations

  • All appointments must be booked in advance through our website or by contacting me directly. Please give 24 hours for a response
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Cancelling membership voids any rollovers

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices for my services are listed on the website and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Payments must be made in full at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, Venmo, Apple Pay and other payment methods as specified on the website.
  • Subscriptions and certain packages must be paid in advanced as specified on my website. Late fee of $10 for subscriptions not paid by the 5th of each month.
  • Subscription price is locked in as long as membership stays current
  • Deposits may be required for certain services or events.

4. Health & Safety

  • Clients are responsible for disclosing any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment.
  • Nails by Cherelle follows strict hygiene and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.

5. Refund Policy

  • Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not provided for completed services. If you are unsatisfied with the service, please notify me within 24 hours, and I will make every effort to address your concerns.
  • Memberships/Subscriptions are non-refundable and non transferrable.
